ENGINEERING WEEK
John Muir High High School will be celebrating Engineering Week from February 14-17, 2023!! The Engineering and Environmental Science Academy (EESA) Advisory Board is again planning an exciting number of events to celebrate and showcase the profession!
One of the highlights of Engineering Week at John Muir HS is our Career Exploration Showcase. Several hundred EESA students are able to speak to over a dozen local businesses and organizations about the wide range of career opportunities available for students with Engineering and STEM degrees. Businesses already committed to participate include: Northrop Grumman, Pankow Builders, Parsons, TetraTech, and the US Forest Service.
Career orientation events are extremely helpful to our EESA students in expanding their horizons of professional opportunities and inspiring them in their pursuit of science and engineering careers. But we need business partners to participate! Please see details below.
